Commercial owners and developers make great partners. If you need a builder for a flex space, a small neighborhood development, or a unique project, we're ready to partner with you from concept through stabilization.

For brokers

One call for the suite, and a GC when the deal needs a build.

We're happy to walk a vacant suite with you before the LOI and send a condition note afterward. There's no fee for the walk. With our One Call service, Time Construction becomes the named vendor of record, the response window goes into the building rules, and the lease decides who pays. Any fit-up stays its own separate contract, and the service report never turns into a surprise change order.
