From optioned site to a home that fits.
- We secure the site and study what the land wants: orientation, trees, approach, and how the house should live on it.
- We custom design the home for that lot — a full architectural plan, not a catalog floor plan dropped onto a pad.
- You commit, then choose from a short list that makes it feel like yours. Want more than that? We can talk about a fuller custom path, with its own schedule and cost.
- We build, the same way we build our residential and commercial work — detail by detail, from ground through finish.
